We are going to utilize a 3-machine Active Directory Environment for this lab.
- We’ll have 2 Windows 10 Machines (Domain clients)
- We’ll have 1 Domain Controller
We’ll use your Domain Controller from the last labs and the Windows Client you are already using. However, we will add a second Windows 10 machine.
Go to SYNCED_FILES—>VM_TEMPLATES and find WINDOWS_10_SYSPREP.zip

Extract this ZIP file and place it next to your other Active Directory machines:
- Where you put it at this point doesn’t —really— matter. As long as you know where this second Windows machine can be found.

Log into this new machine once you’ve added it to VMWare and open Powershell as administrator.
Type: (IN YOUR VM!)
- If you type this command on the host operating system, Mr. Beck will come to your house and start running
sysprep on your computers in the wee hours of the morning!
cd sysprep
.\\sysprep.exe /generalize /shutdown /oobe

This super-fun popup of doom will appear.

Once the VM powers off, start it back up again.
- After completing the initial setup, you’ll see this screen, which you may not have seen before.
- Choose ‘Set up for an organization.’
